NOVA

A quality schoolmistress with a wealth of experience to give, Nova is a very simple and forgiving mare to ride.  She is uncomplicated on the flat, jumping and in open spaces, she’s also very brave cross-country, a real confidence giver.

A quality mare with Irish breeding, she has previously earned points and competed in Ireland SJI.  She has recently been jumping up to 1.10cm with a 16-year-old girl very comfortably. She is as happy jumping 80 as she is 1.10 which makes her a great choice for someone wanting to learn and gain experience when stepping onto horses or progressing to higher levels.

Nova hacks quietly alone, in company or out in larger groups, she is happy up front or at the back. Excellent in traffic, unbothered by cars bikes lorries and farm machinery.

She is very easy to handle on the ground, good to turn out and catch, easy to load, travel, shoe, clip etc, she really is easy in every way.

Nova does have a dust allergy which is easily managed but she cannot have dry hay or straw bedding.

A sweet mare to have on the yard, she would be perfect for a mother-daughter share and a super honest schoolmistress for anyone to jump.
